Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be credited only to the customer’s NUA Styles Wallet.
Wallet refunds can be used for future purchases on our website and cannot be transferred to bank accounts or credited back to original payment method.
In case of product issues or wrong delivery, customers may raise a request at info@nuastyles.com, and our team will review it within 48 hours.
